Running a two-person grooming studio means lots of hats — whether its handling appointments, scheduling, estimates, quotes, intake forms, customer service, and communication — basically, if it pops up on your phone, it’s me.
With 10+ years in emergency & critical-care veterinary medicine, I bring medical-level handling, safety standards, and pet wellness knowledge into every groom. I’m also your groomer, washer, supervisor, comfort-cookie-giver, policy writer, and occasionally the “Brennan, please fix this” person.
Brennan
Owner, Operator & Professional Heavy-Lifter
If it requires driving, lifting, hauling, fixing, or wrestling a hose that suddenly developed an attitude — that’s Brennan.
He’s the driver, trailer whisperer, set-up technician, groomer, washer, promoter, logistics guy, and also the designated emotional-support human for nervous critters.
He makes our mobile spa run smoothly (and safely) while keeping the vibes calm, patient, and Fear-Free for every pet.
